The autoclave, also known as steam curing autoclave, is a large pressure vessel of heavy weight and huge volume. The autoclave is widely used in the autoclave curing of aerated concrete blocks, concrete pipe pile, sand-lime brick, ash bricks, porous calcium silicate board, insulation asbestos board, high-strength gypsum and other building materials. Moreover, it is also widely applied in rubber products, wood drying and preservative treatment, heavy metal smelting, the firebrick invasion of oil seepage coal, composite glass steam curing, high-pressure treatment of chemical fiber products, high temperature and pressure treatment of canned food processing, pulp digester, cable vulcanization, fish net stereotype as well as the production projects of chemical, pharmaceutical, aero***ce and other industries that need pressure steam curing process.
Features of autoclave:
