In aerated concrete block production, after the well-mixed slurry mixed by the mixer is poured into the mould for gas generation and concrete curing, then the aerated concrete blank body is formed.
Blank body born by side panel is to be cut, organized into groups and nourished.
Materials slurry can be held in the combining of the mould and the side plates. After setting, curing and foaming, it can be solidified into the blank. The side plate can bear the blank which shall be cut by the cutting machinery, and fed into the autoclave to be hardened together with the hardening car.
The steam-curing trolley is the carrying tool that makes the side panel together, with the body entering and exiting the steam curing autoclave. |
